Different disciplines, shared table.
Each specialist sees a different risk, behavior or possibility. Together, we see more of the whole problem—not just the expected deliverable.
Product design is our deepest practice. But we are equally at home following a good problem into an interface, an object, a vehicle, a space or an experience.
SeeProduct design is our core. A good design problem can take us anywhere.
We shape digital products end to end—from research and product strategy to UX, interaction, visual design and build support.
When a brief stretches into an object, vehicle, sculpture, retail space or something without a tidy label, we bring the same curiosity, systems thinking and craft.
Four disciplines. One senior team. No hand-offs in thinking.
We are senior designers shaped by operational software, healthcare, defence, mobility and connected products. Product, experience, industrial and spatial perspectives sit at the same table—so each problem is seen from more than one angle before a direction is chosen.
You work directly with the people doing the work. The same team questions the brief, shapes the system and stays through the final detail, using whatever tools serve the work—including AI—without outsourcing judgment or responsibility.
Each specialist sees a different risk, behavior or possibility. Together, we see more of the whole problem—not just the expected deliverable.
No pitch team followed by a hand-off. The people who shape the direction stay close enough to carry its intent into every decision.
From the first question to the final state, detail or hand-off, we stay accountable for making the whole experience clear, useful and resolved.
A few from a much larger body of work—chosen to show how differently a good design problem can take shape.

Watch the hand-offs, workarounds and pressure points. The real environment becomes the brief.
Prototype early enough to expose the wrong assumptions while changing them is still cheap.
Gloves on. Alarm sounding. Network gone. Design for the moment the polished demo never shows.
Work beside engineering, protect the intent and tune the product through the final mile.
Senior people.
Direct access.
No theatre.
The complete record — shipped products, long consulting engagements, and the two still being built. Names and programme details on defence work are altered under NDA.
A visual index of the work. Filter by the kind of problem it was.
High stakes.
Low tolerance
for confusion.
Everyone you meet in the first call is on the project until it ships. There is no account layer, no hand-off to a junior team, and nobody translating the problem for someone who never saw it.

Seven specialists who can follow an idea from screen to street to shelf.
Product, marketing, art direction, industrial design, spatial experience, technology and strategy sit at the same table.
We stay deliberately small. It is how senior hands remain on every interface, object and environment that ships.
Named, reachable, and on the work — not on a slide.
The person answering your question is the person who drew the screen. No relay, no reinterpretation.
Field work, systems, interaction and front-end live in one team, so nothing is lost between disciplines.
Ammunition handling, clinical records, enforcement law, drone sorties. We read the manual before we open the canvas.
Whoever begins your project finishes it. Context stays in the room instead of in a handover document.
A loose record of workshop tables, field days, shared meals and whatever happened after. The work is serious. The studio needn’t always be.

30 minutes. No deck. No agenda.
Thirty minutes with the people who would do the work. We will start with the problem, the people and what a good outcome looks like.
Tell us what you are making, changing or still trying to figure out. A few honest lines are enough to start.

Product and UX design is our deepest practice — digital products taken end to end, from research and product strategy through interaction, interface and build support. Around that we work in design research, design systems, industrial design and spatial and retail experience. The through-line is not the medium. It is problems where being wrong is expensive.
Yes. A significant part of the studio's work is mission-critical: counter-drone command and control, drone fleet operations, ammunition and defence logistics, and rugged wearables for the field. That work reaches us through partner agencies and is covered by NDA, so names, programme details and some numbers are altered in the public case studies. The design decisions and the reasoning behind them are described accurately.
The studio is in Bengaluru, India, and works worldwide. Most of our clients sit three to nine hours behind us, which in practice means a working overlap every afternoon and a finished piece of thinking waiting when your day starts.
The people in the first call. The studio is deliberately small and entirely senior — no juniors staffed onto client work, no hand-off between the people who understood the problem and the people who draw the answer. That is the reason we stay this size.
Nothing is priced before the problem is understood. A thirty-minute call, then a short written response with what we think the real problem is and how we would scope it — usually within a week. Engagements are quoted as a whole piece of work rather than by the hour, so the estimate does not move because a question took longer to answer than expected.
Often that is the better arrangement. We are used to joining an existing team on the hard part — the system nobody has managed to untangle, the domain that takes months to learn, the design system that needs governance before it needs components — and leaving behind something the in-house team can carry on with.
Yes, and in the same team rather than through a subcontractor. Industrial design and spatial and retail experience sit inside the studio, which is unusual at this size. It matters when a brief crosses over — a wearable that is a device and an interface and a charging story, or a retail journey that is a space and an app at once.
